Yes, we do give discounts for bulk items; depending on the item.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

DO YOU DELIVER NATIONWIDE?

We deliver within Metro Manila and nearby provinces. We do not deliver to Visayas and Mindanao as of the moment. However, we may contract a 3rd party cargo company if you wish your items to be shipped to Visayas or Mindanao.

 

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

Our estimated delivery lead times within Metro Manila will depend on product status. For deliveries outside Metro Manila, give an additional of at least 3 business days to a week, depending on your location.

IN STOCK PRODUCTS: 3-5 business days
PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS: 45-60 business days

Business Days are counted from Mondays to Saturdays*

*Excluding Holidays.

Please make your orders 3 days before in the case that you have a specified or target delivery date. Our deliveries follow a route schedule, so we can only inform your delivery date a day before. We cannot advice the estimated time of arrival a day or earlier before, we can only advice on the actual delivery date.
Please do not schedule on a weekend since we currently do not make weekend
deliveries. Our deliveries are done Monday-Friday, anytime within 9am-6pm except in the case of holidays or unforeseen delays out on the road. In the case that the person who made the purchase cannot be present to receive the items, they may authorize another individual to make the payment on their behalf.
Please have someone around to receive the items on the day we make the delivery.

ARE ALL THE PRODUCTS POSTED ONLINE AVAILABLE?
Most of the products posted online are available, but it is best to send us an inquiry first.


CAN WE ORDER FOR THE PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT AVAILABLE?
Yes we can do indent order for the products that are not available.

 

PRODUCT STATUS

IN STOCK PRODUCTS:
This means that the item is on hand and ready for shipment. Processing starts the next business day. Estimated shipping time around 3-5 business days within Metro Manila. Subject to our current delivery schedule.

PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS:
Generally this means that the item is not available in stock at our warehouse. Lead time may range from approximately 45-60 business days. Business days counted Mondays through Fridays.
In rare cases, a pre-ordered item may already be sold out. If this happens, we will let you know and would offer you several options to replace the item.
